When ordering please keep in mind that we are a producer, not a reseller. Most of the items that you buy are in stock. In some cases, if there is a high demand for a particular item and your order will need to be manufactured. This can take several days and if a longer delay is expected you will be informed by email.
Two shipping options are available:
- Polish Post registered packages: usually dispatched daily from Tuesday to Friday. Depending on your region it can take from around a week up to 30-40 days [mostly Far East, Australia, South America] for your order to arrive. We send the items by registered mail, so if the package does not arrive for a longer period, please contact us for the status check. For delivery inquiries, please use the shop@microartstudio.com email address.
Please notice that currently, the postal option might not be available for some regions due to epidemic restrictions. - Courier service: usually dispatched daily from Tuesday to Friday. Depending on your region it can take from 3-4 up to 14-21 days (mostly overseas collective batches to North America) from the moment of dispatch for your order to arrive. Available worldwide.

EU and North American orders of at least 300,00EUR are shipped free of charge.
RETURNS
We work hard to give you the best quality possible but we understand that you may be not happy about the product quality, or it was broken in transportation. Or simply does not fit your needs. If so, please contact us at shop@microartstudio.com to discuss the problem and find a win-win solution.
